DO YOU HAVE TO BOOK IN ORDER TO PLAY?

It’s not compulsory, but strongly recommended, as we never mix groups, especially on weekends. We advise you to call your center to check availability, especially if you’re coming at the last minute.


HOW DO I BOOK A GAME?

Two options:

Book online or by telephone with the center of your choice.


WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR OUR RESERVATION?

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time to ensure that all players are present at the same time for registration.


WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Your games (20 minutes each) as well as chest vests and locker room rental. All prices quoted do not include taxes. Apart from taxes, you have nothing else to add.


I BOOKED 3 GAMES AND FINALLY DECIDED TO DO ONLY 2. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Our policy is to take the reservation with the number of games that are sure to be played. It is preferable to let us know in advance if you change the number of games. If you decide to change the number of games on the same day, except in cases of a force majeure, we will ask you to pay for all 3 games.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD MORE PARTICIPANTS AFTER I HAVE BOOKED?

Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible if the number of participants changes.

Each Laser Game Evolution has several mazes. This way, we can have several groups playing at the same time. When you book for 6 players, we reserve 6 jackets for you and leave the other jackets available for other groups.

To ensure that the games and groups run smoothly, we need to know how many players are taking part in them.


DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE TO PLAY LASER GAME EVOLUTION?

Yes, you must pay a deposit.

ARE THERE ANY LOCKERS?

Yes, you have an access to lockers that you can lock.

You can also bring your own padlock. If you don’t have one, we can provide one for you.

CAN A RESERVATION BE POSTPONED/MODIFIED?

We operate on a 99% reservation basis, so if you wish to reschedule a booking, we can do so according to the reservations already on the schedule. For any changes to reservations, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible.


WHY SO MUCH TIME ON SITE IF THE GAMES ARE 20 MINUTES LONG?

We allow 20 minutes for registration, bathroom check-in and pre-game briefing, then your game, followed by a 20-minute break, as another group will be playing during your break. Then, we count 20 min at the end of your games so that we have time to return the scores and that you can collect your belongings and leave.

How tall and how old can you play?

We recommend that parents bring children aged 6-7 and over. The vests are the same for everyone, and we need to make sure that the child is tall enough to wear the vest, and not afraid of the dark. Generally, a height of 1.20 m (4 feet) is sufficient for comfort. We also have removable foam to adapt the vest to smaller children. Don’t hesitate to come and try out the equipment in our centers!


I'VE NEVER PLAYED THIS GAME. HOW MANY GAMES SHOULD I CHOOSE?

For beginners, we recommend 2 games. They always last 20 minutes and can be physically demanding, depending on your playing strategy. The vast majority of players choose to play between 2 and 3 games.


HOW LONG DOES A GAME LAST?

Games last exactly 20 minutes. Everyone plays for 20 minutes, and no one is eliminated during the game. We allow 40 minutes on site for a 20 minute game (registration, game, debriefing).

If you choose the privilege package, we can modify the length of the games.


ARE THERE ANY BREAKS BETWEEN GAMES?

Yes, a break is systematically scheduled between each game. The length of the break varies between 15 and 20 minutes, depending on how busy the day is. It is also possible to play 2 or 3 games in a row without a break, but this must be specified when booking.


CAN LESS THAN 6 PEOPLE PLAY?

If you are less than 6 players, you can book up to a week in advance for an open group for 2 x 20 minutes (allow 1h30 on site). We will then be able to mix you with other customers who are also less than 6 players. However we cannot guarantee the age group of the players.


WHY DO WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 6 PLAYERS?

When you come to play at Laser Game Evolution, we reserve one maze for you for safety and conviviality. The remaining mazes are relatively large. If you’re less than 6 players, you may not be able to find each other very often during the game.


WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS POSSIBLE?

The maximum number of players at any one time will depend on the center in which you’re playing. To find out the exact number, please contact us directly.


ARE WE GOING TO BE MIXED WITH OTHER GROUPS?

If you book, you’ll always play only with the people you’ve booked with. That’s why we have 3 labyrinths and ask for a minimum of 6 players.


WHAT CLOTHING SHOULD WE CHOOSE FOR LASER GAME EVOLUTION?

We recommend that you bring a sports shirt. Shoes are mandatory for playing in the mazes. We recommend running shoes.


ARE LASERS HARMFUL FOR THE EYES?

The lasers used in our equipment are Class 2, as indicated on the labels affixed to the gun (1 in French and 1 in English). This type of laser complies with the 60825 international standard.

Class 2: laser emitting visible radiation in the 400 to 700 nm range. Protection of the eye is normally ensured by defense reflexes, including the palpebral reflex and eyelid blinking (e.g.: barcode scanners).


WHAT DO PLAYERS DO BETWEEN GAMES?

Here’s how we divide up the 20-minute break: 5 minutes for players to breathe and hydrate, 5 minutes for scoring, 5 minutes for teams to get back together, 5 minutes to go to the bathroom before the next game.

CAN I PLAY 3 GAMES WITH THE RED PACKAGE?

Yes, if you let us know in advance, you can play as many games as you like, with the knowledge that the 3rd game (and any subsequent ones) will be priced at the standard 3rd game rate.



CHILDREN'S PARTIES: WHAT TO DO IF A CHILD IS ALLERGIC?

If one of the children has a peanut allergy, for example, please let us know when booking so that we can provide a suitable cake for the birthday packages.


CAN I BRING MY OWN SNACK IN ADDITION TO THE ONE INCLUDED IN THE RED PACKAGE?

Yes, we prepare your table with the chosen snack, but if you’d like to bring more food, it is possible.


IS THE BIRTHDAY BOY INCLUDED IN ADDITION TO THE 6 PLAYERS IN THE BIRTHDAY PACKAGES?

Basic birthday packages are for 6 players, including the birthday boy or girl.


ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING SNACKS AND BEVERAGES?

With birthday packages only. You can add as much or as little as you like.


DO YOU HAVE A FRIDGE TO STORE OUR SNACKS?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a dedicated space to store your snacks. We invite you to bring your own cooler.


CAN I HAVE THE BIRTHDAY TABLE BEFORE THE GAMES?

In our schedule, the birthday table is always reserved after the games.

LOST AND FOUND?

If we find or a customer brings back a lost item, we keep it behind the counter in a box for 7 days. After that, we take it to a donation center.


I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PHOTO.

We post the photos on our Facebook page by Wednesday of the following week at the latest. If you can’t find your photo, you can send us an email with as many details as possible, such as number of players, distinguishing marks, date, time, etc. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.


WHY SHOULD I REGISTER THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS AND THEN REDUCE IT?

We have a limited number of equipment that we distribute over our 3 mazes. Therefore, booking for the maximum number of players you could have in your party allows you to ensure the availability of chest protectors to your party. however, we ask you to reduce this number if necessary no later than 72 hours before the service, otherwise we would be obliged to invoice you for the number of faceplates and parts reserved.


IF THE LABYRINTH IS RESERVED FOR US, WHY DO I HAVE TO CONFIRM THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS?

We have a limited amount of equipment, which we distribute in our 3 labyrinths. If you do not change the number of players in your reservation, we will not be able to offer the remaining equipment to other customers. We will then be obliged to charge you for the total number of players reserved.


ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING SNACKS AND BEVERAGES?

With birthday packages only. You can add as much or as little as you like.


ARE MY COUPONS VALID?

Coupon terms and conditions are always written directly on the coupon. Our staff will only apply the conditions that they read on your coupon.


DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

No, we don’t have showers in our centers.


DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOMS?

No, we don’t have changing rooms in our centers, but you can change in the bathrooms.


CAN I INVITE GRANDPARENTS, AUNTS AND UNCLES TO A BIRTHDAY PARTY?


DO YOU OFFER ON-SITE CATERING?

No, we don’t have a catering service – just a fridge with a few sodas and bottled water.


WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS?

We’ll send you a booking confirmation and your deposit invoice directly to your email. After your visit, you will receive a satisfaction questionnaire.


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE MY RESERVATION?

You should always book as early as possible – depending on the center, on average, 3 to 4 weeks in advance for a Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m., which is our busiest day.


DO YOU HAVE AN EMPLOYEE IN THE MAZES?

We don’t have employees in the labyrinths, but you can leave at any time by following the arrows on the floor. The door to the labyrinth is never locked: you can come out at any time to ask for help.


IS THE VIDEO EXPLANATION COMPULSORY FOR EVERY VISIT?

Yes, the video is compulsory as it shows, among other things, the safety rules to be followed.


IF A PLAYER ARRIVES LATE, CAN HE JOIN US DURING THE GAME?

If a player arrives late, we’ll do our best to get them into the game quickly, but they’ll have to go through the registration and briefing process before joining.


CAN I PLAY WITH MY ARM/LEG IN A CAST?

You are playing under your own responsibility. You will be playing in a labyrinth where other players may be running, and where you could be jostled. We therefore advise you not to play until you have fully recovered.


I'M PREGNANT. CAN I PLAY?

You are playing under your own responsibility. You will be playing in a maze where players may be running around, and where you could be jostled. We therefore advise you not to play until you have given birth and are fully recovered.


I HAVE A PACEMAKER. DOES THIS PREVENT ME FROM PLAYING?

Our vests emit Wi-Fi-type waves from the back of the breastplate. Not knowing the possible interactions caused by proximity to your pacemaker, we prefer to advise you against playing.

What is LGEducation ?

LGEducation (Laser Game Education) is an animation on the theme of labyrinths. Where they come from, how they are made, where you can find them in the world, books, films, it’s an invitation to push your curiosity where you least expect it!


Starting at what age ?

We have made sure that the elements of the LGEducation animation are accessible from 7 years old.


What does the animation contain ?

A specially trained animator will take care of the LGEducation animation. We have created a video that serves as a support for the animation and the quizzes. We believe that to retain information well, you have to diversify the interactions!


What are the prices ?

How long does an animation last ?

The Education animation lasts between 45 min and 1 hour, and this time is to be added in addition to the duration of your games


How do I book ?

Reservations for LGEducation events are made by phone only.


What does the teacher support contain ?

This is a double sided letter size PDF, we can print a copy to you following your participant in the animation. The LGEducation support takes up the main elements of the animation to avoid you having to take too many notes if you want to come back to it in class


Is it necessary to book ?

Yes you must reserve for the LGEducation animation! The objective being to learn, we must ensure that the center will be fully reserved for you to avoid distractions
